|Presenter(s)||Damon Jones and Bethany Bray|
|Location||401 HHD Building|
The interdisciplinary Prevention and Methodology Training Program (PAMT) cross-trains pre-doctoral graduate students in prevention science and statistical methodology. PAMT is funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse through a T32 grant to The Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center and The Methodology Center. On Friday, November 2, from 10 - 11:30 a.m. in 401 Health and Human Development Building, Damon Jones and Bethany Bray will host an information session about PAMT for interested Penn State graduate students. They will discuss the purpose of PAMT, application process, advantages of the program, and expectations associated with receiving a fellowship. Potential faculty mentors will be present to meet with students, and there will be plenty of opportunity for attendees to get their questions answered.
Faculty, please encourage your graduate students to attend. This is a great opportunity for them to get valuable training and receive a fellowship. Learn more about PAMT.
