About the Speaker Amy Moore, Ph.D., RD is an assistant professor of Nutritional Sciences and Food Science/Extension at Penn State. Her research centers on maternal and child health, examining structural and psychosocial factors that influence dietary behaviors among socioeconomically disadvantaged families. Her work also involves facilitating cross-sector partnerships to integrate often siloed health care and social care systems, aiming to reduce nutrition-related disparities and chronic disease risk. |
