| Description |
Penn State CTSI will host a three-part virtual mini-series focused on Team Science, led by Susan Simkins, Ph.D., Director of Team Science with Penn State CTSI. Designed for researchers, staff, and leaders working in collaborative environments, the series will provide practical, evidence-based strategies to help teams function more effectively and avoid the misalignment that so often slows down good science. Titled Making Teams Work: Starting Strong, Contributing Well, and Leading Wisely, the mini-series explores what successful teams do differently at every stage, from initial planning to day-to-day collaboration and leadership. During this first session, participants will learn how intentional planning, role clarity, and shared goals set teams up for success from the start. |
