Join us for the poster session on Wednesday, April 15, from 3:00–6:00 PM, part of a full afternoon of culminating activities featuring a keynote by Dr. Sandra Brooks, CEO of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, followed by a reception and awards ceremony.
We are seeking posters that educate, explore, and elucidate issues related to equity in reproductive health care. Poster topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
This year, we will have e-posters, and each lead author will be expected to give a 1–2-minute oral summary in the 3-4pm hour, prior to Grand Rounds. Presenters/lead authors are expected to be trainees (Undergraduate, medical school, MPH, PhD candidates, etc.) This is a great way to bolster your CV and practice speaking scientifically in a supportive environment! Accepted posters are eligible for first ($300), second ($200), and third ($100) prizes. *Please indicate the training status of the primary author to be considered for these awards. We expect that faculty will be on the author list and provide mentorship.
Proposal submissions are due by March 12, 2026. We will happily accept posters that have been presented previously at national meetings, if the data has not yet been published in manuscript form. Accepted posters will be determined and notified by March 19, 2026. Please save the date for the afternoon of April 15, 2026, 3-6pm for the poster session, keynote speaker, and awards. All events will take place within the Hershey Medical Center. Electronic poster instructions and logistical details are forthcoming.
